Tips for the best Lemonade!
Making lemonade is easier than you would think. I'm here to give you all the tips and tricks to make the perfect lemonade for the summer.
Do I need all of this sugar : You can reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe if you would like. However it will make your lemonade more tart. I would recommend adding the amount of sugar you like and taste it. If it’s too tart add more sugar. You would do the same thing is it’s not sweet enough for you. Just taste and add more sugar as needed.
Can I use a sugar alternative : Yes you can! You can easily sub the sugar for your favorite sugar alternative like Stevia or Splenda.
Do I have to squeeze all these lemons : Using fresh squeezed lemon juice will taste better. However bottled lemon juice from the store works just fine and will still make a wonderful lemonade.
Can I add things to flavor the lemonade : You sure can! You can add mint leaves, basil, or strawberry juice to turn this lemonade into something new and refreshing. If using fresh mint or basil you will need to bruise the leave before putting them into the lemonade and stir. As the leave sit in the lemonade the flavor will increase.

Hi I’m Brittanie
Baking is my love language, and the kitchen is where I feel most at home. I find joy in creating recipes from scratch—experimenting with flavors, textures, and ingredients until something magical comes together. Whether it's the perfect flaky pie crust or a new twist on classic cookies, I love sharing that joy with others. For me, baking isn’t just about sweets (though I’m always down for a warm brownie); it’s about creativity, connection, and a little bit of everyday magic.
